DESICCATED COCONUT

The white portion of the coconut kernel which has been shredded or grated, then dried out with most of its moisture removed. It has a natural white to light creamy appearance with a pleasant aroma and mild sweetness.

Desiccated coconut is mainly used in the bakery and confectionery industries, as an ingredient in cookies, cakes, pastries and desserts.

VIRGIN COCONUT OIL

The oil is mechanically expressed from the dried coconut meat without the use of solvents or any chemicals. It is a high-quality pure product that is clear and colourless, with a slightly toasted, nutty aroma and flavour.

Virgin coconut oil has a wide array of health benefits, hair and skin uses, medicinal properties and culinary applications.

COCONUT FLOUR

Made completely of pure coconut, after expelling the oil from the dried coconut meat and pulverising it into a powdery flour. It has a natural cream to a light brown appearance with a fragrant aroma.

Coconut flour is high in fibre and protein. It is also low in sugar, digestible carbohydrates and calories, and has a low score on the glycemic index.
